Associate - Structural Engineer
We're looking for an enthusiastic Associate Structural Engineer with 12+ years of work experience to join our growing team in Bengaluru.
This role is suited to a strong technical engineer and team leader who will support major building projects across the Middle East, UK, US and other international regions. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of complex structural design packages from concept through to detailed design, while also mentoring engineers and driving high-quality, independent project delivery.

Your next role:

Lead structural design packages from concept through detailed design, independently and as a part of team

Deliver high-quality sketches, calculations, analysis models, reports, drawings and presentations on time and to budget.

Take ownership of design solutions, developing efficient and buildable schemes in concrete, steel and composite structures.

Communicate design intent clearly to clients, architects and internal multidisciplinary teams through presentations, meetings and written deliverables.

Work closely with international project teams to coordinate design, align approaches and resolve technical challenges.

Lead and mentor engineers and BIM technicians, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Plan, manage and review project work, ensuring strong quality control and consistency across deliverables.

Represent the structural discipline in internal workshops and external meetings where required.

Coordinate with engineers across disciplines to deliver integrated and well-resolved design solutions.

Support bids, fee proposals and contribute to technical development initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally to support successful project delivery.

Mentoring and assisting Graduates and Engineers whilst maintaining your continued professional development, particularly in line management and chartership.
Your Skills & Experience:

12+ years’ experience in structural engineering, including leading design on major and complex building type projects

Experience of working in collaboration with global teams based in middle east, US, UK etc. is preferred
-
Solid technical capability in concrete, steel and composite structures, with ability to develop and review designs independently.

Broad knowledge of international codes (British, US, European) and experience applying them in practice

Proficiency in common analysis/design software (e.g. ETABS, SAFE, ROBOT, TEDDS, CSC Fastrak, Rhino, Revit, Grasshopper etc.).

Proven ability to lead, mentor and review work of engineers and BIM technicians.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence working with clients, architects and multidisciplinary teams.

Chartered Engineer (ICE/IStructE or equivalent) and Master’s degree in Structural Engineering preferred
