Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase entries, and sales entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory-related transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding payments and accounts.
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation of financial records.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in automobile, truck spare parts, or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and stock management.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
