We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer (.NET) to join our Product Engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, high-performance enterprise applications while driving the modernization of our Retail ERP platform.
This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to mentor engineering teams. The candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to build secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using C# and .NET.

Drive architecture discussions and provide technical direction for new product initiatives.

Design scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services and RESTful APIs.

Lead the modernization of legacy applications into modular and domain-oriented services.

Design and implement event-driven solutions using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.

Optimize application performance, database design, and backend processing for high-volume transaction systems.

Review code, enforce engineering best practices, and ensure high code quality.

Mentor and guide development teams through technical challenges and design decisions.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.

Participate in sprint planning, estimation, technical reviews, and release planning.

Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

Drive engineering excellence through automation, CI/CD, coding standards, and continuous improvement.

10–12 years of hands-on experience in software development using C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core (.NET 6/8 or above).

Strong expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs.

Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture.

Strong experience with Entity Framework Core and ORM concepts.

Excellent knowledge of asynchronous programming and multithreading.

Strong understanding of Dependency Injection, Middleware, and application lifecycle.

Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL

Expertise in SQL query optimization, indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, and database performance tuning.

Experience in designing scalable database schemas for enterprise applications.
