Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to handle client communication, business development, team coordination, and sales operations for sports infrastructure projects across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and handle client inquiries professionally
- Manage client follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project discussions
- Handle sales targets and develop business growth strategies
- Manage and guide the sales team for better performance
- Coordinate marketing and branding activities
- Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and client records
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, schools, academies, and corporate customers
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team management ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Good Hindi and English communication
- Professional personality and client handling skills
Preferred Experience
- Candidates with experience in sales, marketing, project sales, construction materials, sports infrastructure, or related industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
