Spectrum Solar Power is hiring a Solar Sales Executive for Wayanad to promote solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and explaining solar power systems to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in Wayanad and nearby areas
- Explain solar power solutions, pricing, and benefits to customers
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and local networking
- Coordinate with the technical team for site inspections and project follow-ups
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
- Any degree or diploma
- 1–3 years experience in sales, marketing, or field sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits
- Basic knowledge of solar products or electrical systems is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Salary & Benefits
