We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 1+ years of experience to join our team in the fruit business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring consistent sales of products to wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers. This role requires a good understanding of the fresh produce industry, including market trends, logistics, and pricing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven sales experience in the fruit/produce/FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local fruit markets and seasonal trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel locally or regionally
