- Strong experience in Agency Channel / Sales / Business Development
- Client Acquisition (HNI segment preferred)

Company is a well-established financial services organization with a strong legacy in wealth management, insurance broking, and risk advisory. With a growing presence across India, the firm caters to HNI, corporate, and retail clients, offering customized financial and insurance solutions.
The company is now looking to scale its Life Insurance vertical aggressively and is seeking a dynamic leader to drive this growth.
To build, lead, and scale the Life Insurance business by driving distribution, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships.
This is a revenue leadership role, not just a marketing function.
1. Business Growth & Revenue Ownership
- Drive overall life insurance premium growth
- Own and deliver annual revenue and profitability targets
- Develop strategies for product mix (term, ULIP, annuity, etc.)
2. Distribution & Agency Channel Development
- Build and scale a strong advisor / agent network
- Drive agent recruitment, onboarding, and activation
- Improve agent productivity and retention
3. Channel Expansion
- Develop corporate partnerships and distribution alliances
- Leverage existing wealth / MF client base for cross-selling
- Explore bancassurance and alternate channels
4. Team Leadership
- Build and manage a high-performing sales and relationship team
- Set targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability
- Create a strong performance-driven culture
5. Customer & Market Strategy
- Focus on HNI / UHNI client acquisition
- Strengthen client engagement and retention
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
6. Marketing Alignment (Strategic)
- Work with marketing teams for lead generation initiatives
- Ensure alignment between branding and revenue outcomes
Must-Have:
- Proven track record of driving revenue / premium growth
- Experience in building and managing large agent/advisor networks
- Strong leadership experience handling teams across locations
