Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers
- Address customer queries, concerns, and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Meet productivity and performance targets
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
