We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven Guest Relations Manager to oversee guest experiences and daily villa operations across our luxury properties in North Goa. The ideal candidate will manage OTA bookings and guest communications, coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance teams, vendors, and supervisors, ensure villas are guest-ready at all times, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle guest concerns, operational challenges, and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency. The successful candidate will act as the central link between guests and operations, taking ownership of the complete guest journey from booking to check-out while ensuring seamless operations, exceptional service standards, and memorable guest experiences.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
