Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for regional positions while partnering with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives and effectively address employee grievances to foster a positive work culture.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements while coordinating payroll and attendance processes.
* Support and monitor performance management cycles, including appraisals, feedback discussions, and development planning.
* Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs.
* Implement regional HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals and act as a liaison between regional teams and the corporate office.
* Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and workforce data to ensure operational efficiency.
* Provide guidance and support to managers on employee-related matters and HR best practices.
Requirements
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality, retail, QSR, or service industry.
* Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
* Expertise in bulk hiring for frontline and managerial positions.
* Proficiency in job portals, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
