About the Role
Vikram Multispeciality Hospital is looking for a responsible and experienced Driver to join our team. The candidate should possess a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence or Badge Licence and be committed to safe and timely transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive hospital vehicles as assigned.
- Transport patients, staff, medical equipment, and other materials as required.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off services.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
- Follow traffic rules and hospital safety guidelines.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain trip records and vehicle documents properly.
- Be available for emergency duties and flexible shifts when required.
Qualification & Requirements
- Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence or Badge Licence is mandatory.
- Minimum 1–3 years of driving experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Madurai city routes and surrounding areas.
- Ability to communicate politely with patients and staff.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Preferred Skills
- Safe driving practices and defensive driving skills.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Professional attitude and good interpersonal skills.
