Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by acquiring new clients for custom software development, UI/UX design, and dedicated resource outsourcing. The ideal candidate should have strong personal and professional networks that can help generate projects or outsourcing opportunities, particularly in the Microsoft technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through personal networks, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
* Acquire custom software development projects and IT outsourcing engagements.
* Build relationships with startups, SMEs, enterprises, and IT consulting firms.
* Identify opportunities to place dedicated resources with clients, including .NET Developers, Frontend Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Full-Stack Developers.
* Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and prepare proposals.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals.
* Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
* Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
* 5+ years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
* Strong personal connections or professional network for generating software development projects.
* Experience in selling custom software development services or IT outsourcing.
* Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as .NET, ASP.NET Core, Azure, SQL Server, and related solutions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and client acquisition.
* Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
Preferred
* Existing client base or industry contacts.
* Experience working with domestic and international clients.
* Understanding of UI/UX design services, web development, cloud solutions, and enterprise software.
* Experience in staffing or dedicated developer outsourcing.
