- 2+ years of hands-on barista experience
- Strong knowledge of espresso, brewing & coffee preparation
- Ability to consistently prepare high-quality coffee
- Good understanding of coffee equipment & extraction
- Strong focus on hygiene, presentation & consistency
- Excellent customer interaction and service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a professional café environment
- Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to keep learning
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
