Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of data pipelines to support business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in data management and governance within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google BigQuery, Python (Programming Language), Data Building Tool.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud-based data warehousing and data lake architectures.
- Ability to optimize query performance and manage large datasets efficiently.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and best practices for structured and unstructured data.
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools to streamline data workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Google BigQuery.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
