Job Description:-
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager to manage and oversee the organization’s procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the manufacturing industry and be capable of handling end-to-end purchasing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete purchase and procurement process from sourcing to delivery.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and ensure competitive purchasing.
- Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and develop new supplier networks.
- Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and other departments to understand material requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials and other required items.
- Track orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Ensure purchased materials meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain proper purchase records, documentation, and reports.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
