We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Consultant with 7+ years of hands on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP Transportation Management solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of transportation planning, freight management, carrier collaboration, and logistics execution. Experience in SAP S/4HANA TM integration and end to end implementation projects is highly preferred. You are a team player, embrace Agile way of working and have great communication skills.
Roles and responsibilities:
. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to transportation and logistics processes.
. Configure and customize SAP TM based on business requirements.
. Design and implement transportation planning, freight order management, freight settlement, charge management, and carrier selection processes.
. Work on end to end SAP TM implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
. Integrate SAP TM with SAP EWM, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP GTS, SAP EM, and other SAP/non SAP systems.
. Configure master data including business partners, transportation lanes, transportation zones, locations, carriers, and resources.
. Support transportation planning, optimizer configuration, tendering, execution, and freight settlement.
. Analyze and resolve production issues while ensuring SLA compliance.
. Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.
. Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
. Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, training materials, and user guides.
. Provide user training and post go live support.
. Collaborate with cross functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions.
. Experience with Fiori applications related to SAP TM.
. Ability to analyze business processes and recommend best practice solutions.
. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
