Job Summary
Shiv SRMP Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads.
- Contact prospective customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Explain company projects and property details to clients.
- Meet clients independently and conduct face-to-face meetings to understand their requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update daily sales reports and CRM records.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphones.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Coordinate and accompany clients for site visits whenever required.
