Key Responsibilities
- Service Execution: Perform doorstep exterior washing, interior vacuuming, deep cleaning, polishing, and detailing services following Hoora’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Order Management: Use the Hoora Partner App to accept booking requests, navigate to customer locations punctually, and update job statuses in real-time.
- Equipment & Inventory Care: Maintain all Hoora-provided tools, eco-friendly cleaning agents, microfiber cloths, and portable washing equipment in top working condition.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with vehicle owners, perform pre- and post-service inspections with them, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Safety & Quality Standards: Strictly adhere to safety protocols, personal hygiene guidelines, and vehicle safety standards while servicing customer vehicles.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Vehicle & License: A valid Driving License and a personal two-wheeler (scooter or motorcycle) with active insurance and RC.
- Smartphone: An Android smartphone with an active internet connection to operate the Hoora Partner App.
- Experience: Prior experience in car washing, auto detailing, garage assistance, or doorstep delivery is a plus (motivated freshers are welcome to apply).
- Soft Skills: Strong punctuality, good communication, customer-first attitude, and professional behavior.
- Documentation: Valid government ID proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card) and clear background check status.
