- E-way bills for all material movements
- Match delivery challans with plant coordinator reports
- Confirm RTGS/NEFT receipt before delivery clearance
- Supplier bills verify and schedule payment
- Plant owner monthly fee reconciliation
- Transport partner bills verify (trip log vs bill amount)
- Monthly P&L report — 5th of every month to Founder
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com with GST filing experience
- Tally ERP + Excel — mandatory
- GST returns filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) experience
- E-way bill portal experience preferred
- Construction/trading company experience — big plus
- Accuracy obsessed
