Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain cost sheets, standard costing, and variance analysis
- Conduct meaningful and proactive analysis to improve key business decision focusing on managing company's working capital.
- Proactively manage cash flows in leveraged financial situation.
- Develop and monitor policies and procedures within generally accepted accounting principle and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs and increases revenue and profitability.
- Prepare Monthly financial reports and other informational reports/analysis.
- Review monthly operating reports for accuracy, completeness and major variances between actual and budget results
- Find out the reasons for variance for improvement
- Maintain proper cost records as per legal requirement.
- Lead financial planning by guiding the team in preparing budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategies
- Supervise finance team, ensuring effective delegation, mentoring, and performance management
- Shape long-term financial strategies to support expansion, investments, and sustainability
- Identify financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Build team capability by mentoring, training, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Candiaddte Prefrence:
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive process improvements
- Immediate joiners or candidates based in/around Ahmedabad will be prioritized
- Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or project-based industries preferred
