- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential students through inbound calls, web inquiries, or attending marketing events.
- Course Advisement: Conduct consultations to assess student needs, learning styles, and career aspirations.
- Course Promotion: Effectively present the benefits and features of our courses, tailoring your approach to each student's unique situation.
- Objection Handling: Address concerns and answer questions about the courses, enrolment process, and tuition fees.
- Closing the Sale: Motivate students to enroll in the most suitable course by offering promotions or flexible payment options (if applicable).
- Maintain Accurate Records: Input student information and enrollment details into our CRM system. Exceed Enrollment Goals: Contribute to achieving the company's sales targets by consistently exceeding your personal enrollment quotas.
