Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for conducting land and building surveys for our ongoing projects, preparing survey reports, and ensuring accurate site measurements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land surveys and building surveys for ongoing projects.
- Perform site measurements and boundary demarcation.
- Prepare survey drawings, maps, and reports.
- Operate survey equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and related instruments.
- Verify site dimensions and coordinate with project teams.
- Maintain accurate survey records and documentation.
- Assist in project planning and execution through precise survey data.
- Ensure compliance with survey standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying.
- Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and survey software.
- Strong knowledge of land measurement and boundary identification.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.
- Valid driving license preferred.
