Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end procurement for ground-mounted and rooftop solar projects (1 MW+ scale).
- Prepare project-wise procurement planning, budgets, and vendor delivery schedules.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for solar modules, MMS, inverters, SCADA, and cables.
- Ensure compliance with ALMM, BIS, MNRE, and technical standards for procurement.
- Drive cost optimization and commercial negotiations with strategic suppliers.
- Maintain vendor databases, rate contracts, and performance rating systems.
- Collaborate with Design, Projects, Accounts & Logistics teams for seamless delivery.
- Implement and improve procurement tracking systems, POs, GRNs, and documentation.
- Handle procurement audits, risk mitigation strategies, and ERP-based reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical preferred.
- MBA/PG in Supply Chain or Materials Management is a plus.
- Certifications in Procurement/Supply Chain (e.g., CSCP, ISM) are advantageous.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
