Position: Voice Analyst
Location: Chandigarh (Work from Office)
Shifts: Rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand customer needs by actively listening and asking relevant questions.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Address customer concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries.
Stay updated on company products, services, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working from office in Chandigarh.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
In-Hand Salary: ₹23,100 (including night shift allowance)
