JOB SUMMARY
The HR Executive is responsible for the overall management and development of the Human Resources function at Nalakath Infrastructure. This includes Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Policy Compliance, And Employee Relations. The role ensures that HR strategies are aligned with business objectives to support sustainable growth and a high-performance culture.
JOB PURPOSE
The primary purpose of this role is to design, lead, and manage the company’s HR and talent management frameworks while supporting employees and leadership in achieving organizational goals. The HR Executive will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and management, ensure legal compliance, promote employee well-being, and drive initiatives that enhance performance, productivity, and engagement across the company.
SCOPE OF THE ROLE
· Lead all HR functions covering workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, and succession planning.
· Act as the central link between management and employees, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
· Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
· Represent the company professionally in internal and external interactions.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes, systems, and employee engagement.

HR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and implement HR and People strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
· Partner with management to drive organizational change, transformation initiatives, and employee development.
· Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, leave management, wage slips, Payslip, contracts, and documentation.
· Design and establish training systems; plan, deliver, and evaluate learning and development programs across all levels of the organization.
· Lead and monitor performance appraisals, talent management initiatives, and succession planning frameworks.
· Ensure strict compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and company HR policies.
· Act as mediator in employee grievances, fostering a positive and fair work environment.
· Track, monitor, and report on HR issues, opportunities, workforce analytics, and development plans.
· Focus on employee performance management through regular reporting, feedback collection, and performance improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
· Minimum 2+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist (senior-level exposure desirable).
· Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
· Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and compliance requirements.
· People-oriented and results-driven approach.
