The Store Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely receipt and issuance of materials, maintaining stock records, and adhering to food safety and quality standards. The role requires efficient coordination with procurement, production, kitchen, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure uninterrupted business operations while minimizing inventory losses and maintaining optimum stock levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock audits.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and wastage.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Kitchen, Warehouse, and Finance teams for seamless material movement.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), stock reports, inventory reconciliation, and other store-related documentation.
- Update inventory transactions in ERP/Inventory Management Systems.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs while maintaining an organized and secure store environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Store or Inventory Management, preferably in the FMCG, Hospitality, Retail, or Food & Beverage industry.
- Sound knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
