*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive to manage day-to-day online store operations. The role involves order processing, customer support, expense tracking, and ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage and process customer orders using Shopify and Zoho.
* Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery updates.
* Enter and maintain daily business expenses accurately in Zoho.
* Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
* Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
* Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, returns, and deliveries.
* Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch.
* Maintain accurate records of orders, expenses, and customer interactions.
* Generate basic operational reports when required.
*Requirements:*
* Basic knowledge of Shopify and Zoho (preferred).
* Good communication skills in English and Tamil/Kannada/Hindi (any regional language is an advantage).
* Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and online tools.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
*Experience:*
* 0–2 years in customer support, e-commerce operations, or a similar role.
* Freshers with good communication and computer skills are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
