We are looking for a results-driven Head of Department (HOD) to lead our Sea Export operations in Mumbai. This is a strategic role for a leader who excels at navigating the complexities of ocean freight, container management, customs compliance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sea Export Leadership: Lead end-to-end Ocean Export processes, including carrier bookings, vessel scheduling, freight negotiation, and FCL/LCL cargo movements.
✅ Documentation Mastery: Oversee total accuracy for Bills of Lading (MBL/HBL), Shipping Bills, Certificates of Origin, stuffing sheets, and statutory export documents.
✅ Team Development: Mentor, guide, and build a high-performing ocean logistics and operations team.
✅ Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate effectively with Shipping Lines, Port Authorities, Customs, and international clients to ensure smooth transit and timely clearance.
