Job Description:
Inventory Management and Reconciliation:
- Amazon FBA & Myntra SJIT inventory reconciliation.
- Exporting and managing inventory, order, return, inward, and dispatch reports.
Order Processing and Customer Support:
- Processing orders on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Ajio, and Myntra.
- Managing returns and resolving customer queries.
Payment Check and Invoicing:
- Checking payment status of prepaid orders with respective payment gateways.
- Downloading invoices and raising tickets on marketplaces.
Other Operational task:
- Manage day-to-day operations with multiple 3PL partners, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
- Resolve operational issues such as delays, damages, shortages, and discrepancies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
