Job Description:
The Business Development Intern will assist the Business Development team in supporting the organization's growth initiatives by identifying potential business opportunities, conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, and maintaining client relationships. The intern will contribute to business development activities, prepare proposals and presentations, coordinate with internal teams, and support client communication throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate potential business leads through online research and networking.
- Assist in developing and maintaining client databases.
- Reach out to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development team.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business documents.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain CRM records.
- Support sales campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Interest in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industries.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
