- Fleet & Maintenance Management: Schedule routine vehicle inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime and prevent breakdowns.
- Driver Supervision: Direct and manage drivers, assign routes, monitor hours of service (HOS), and track driver fatigue to ensure compliance with transport regulations. Compliance & Safety: Enforce local traffic and safety protocols. Investigate incidents, document accidents, and ensure the fleet meets all government and industry standards.
- Logistics & Routing: Optimize delivery routes to minimize mileage, save costs, and meet strict customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting & Administration: Maintain daily logs of vehicle movements, fuel consumption, mileage, and driver attendance.
- Problem Resolution: React quickly to supply chain delays, emergency maintenance needs, or staffing shortages to ensure uninterrupted service.
