Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Location: Pune (On-site / Work from Office)

Specialization in Human Resources will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Business Development positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and
other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews for initial candidate assessment.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Onboarding & Employee Documentation
Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Collect and verify employee documents.
Prepare and maintain employee records and personal files.
Ensure completion of joining formalities and compliance documentation.
Orientation & Induction
Conduct orientation sessions for newly joined employees.
Facilitate induction programs to familiarize employees with company policies, culture,
and processes.
Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
