Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories)
- Monitor trends and implement creative ideas to increase reach and engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and maintain community engagement
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for content execution
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Creative mindset with good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Candidates based in or around Guwahati will be preferred
