Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Business Development Manager with 4–5 years of experience in the digital marketing and software development domain to lead and scale the organization’s business growth initiatives. This role is responsible for driving revenue strategy, managing high-value client relationships, overseeing the sales team, and ensuring predictable business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to build scalable sales processes aligned with long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Strategy & Business Growth: Define and drive overall sales and revenue strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives and market opportunities.
- Sales Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage Business Development Managers/Executives, set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure consistent target achievement.
- Pipeline & Forecast Ownership: Oversee sales pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, deal progression, and revenue predictability across all sales functions.
- Enterprise Sales & Key Account Management: Manage high-value clients, strategic partnerships, and critical negotiations while acting as an escalation point for key accounts.
- Opportunity & Deal Governance: Oversee lead generation initiatives, evaluate business opportunities, and guide teams on deal structuring, pricing, and closures.
- Proposal & Commercial Strategy: Review and approve proposals, pricing models, contracts, and commercial terms ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.
- Market Expansion & Competitive Intelligence: Identify new markets, service opportunities, and competitive positioning strategies to drive business expansion.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful project execution.
- Sales Process Optimization & Governance: Establish scalable sales processes, CRM practices, reporting standards, and performance frameworks.
- Performance Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Present sales performance, forecasts, risks, and growth strategies to senior management.
- Industry Leadership & Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated with digital marketing trends and guide teams on best practices, solution positioning, and consultative selling approaches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the digital marketing domain.
- Proven experience in generating revenue from overseas market via linkedIn and other portals
- Proven experience managing sales teams, revenue targets, and enterprise-level client relationships.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services & software Development including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage large sales pipelines.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and business acumen.
- Experience in digital marketing or advertising agency environments is preferred.
