Solution Consultant I - Software Testing
Provide domain led testing insights for billing, revenue, accounting, and enterprise workflows
Define AI enabled test strategy covering in sprint testing, automation, UAT, and production rollout
Embed Agile, shift left, and quality first practices across delivery teams
Define end to end test strategy across in sprint, Release testing, SIT, Automation, UAT, and production rollout
Define process, stage gates, build the knowledge graph to ensure test coverage
Track test effectiveness using metrics and KPIs to assess quality and release
Partner with product, architecture, and release teams to embed quality-first Agile practices
Drive Transformation initiatives, tools rationalization, and automation ROI articulation
Experience -12-16 years
Proven experience defining and driving enterprise scale test strategies
Strong Telecom domain experience, preferably in Corporate, billing, revenue, finance, or accounting systems
Ability to build and maintain a structured domain knowledge repository
Deep understanding of the end to end testing lifecycle
Strong knowledge of functional and non functional testing
Expertise in testing processes, standards, and quality governance
Well versed in modern testing toolchains and automation frameworks
Exposure to AI enabled testing and analytics
Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills
