Hiring | Manager – New Product Development
Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat
CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA
Requirements:
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
8–12 years of experience in New Product Development
Mandatory experience in the Precision Machining / Precision Components Manufacturing Industry
Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA and Product Lifecycle Management
Hands-on experience with CAD/CAE tools and project management
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end new product development from concept to commercialization
Coordinate with Design, Process Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams
Manage prototype development, testing, validation, and product launches
Ensure APQP/PPAP compliance and documentation
Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and cost optimization
Monitor project timelines, risks, and cross-functional execution
Pay: ₹26,167.29 - ₹150,000.00 per month
