Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Google & YouTube Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Create and optimize YouTube video ad campaigns (In-stream, In-feed, Shorts ads)
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Write high-converting ad copies and coordinate with creative team for video ads
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Track conversions using Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports with actionable insights
- Scale winning campaigns and reduce wasted ad spend

- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Requirements
- Proven experience in Google Ads & YouTube Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking
- Experience in lead generation campaigns (preferably in EdTech)
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
- Good communication and reporting skills
Bonus Skills
- Experience with landing page optimization
- Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Basic video ad scripting or creative strategy understanding
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
