Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Depending on Skills & Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer who can independently handle design projects for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, branding, and advertisements. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, a good understanding of marketing creatives, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media posts, banners, ad creatives, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.
- Create high-converting creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Develop branding materials including logos, brand kits, and visual identities.
- Design website banners, landing page graphics, and UI elements.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Content, and Development teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines across all projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Experience in designing social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to create original and visually appealing concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Basic knowledge of Canva Pro, Adobe InDesign, or AI-based design tools.
- Basic understanding of Video Editing and Motion Graphics.
- Knowledge of website design trends and UI concepts.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- A degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
