About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Content Creator / Video Editor to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience working with content creators, preferably in a similar niche to our channel. This is the most important requirement for the role.
We are looking for someone who understands that great content is not just about using editing software. Creativity, storytelling, content sense, audience retention, and the ability to create engaging narratives are equally important.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit high-quality, engaging video content.
- Work closely with content creators to develop ideas and improve content.
- Use strong storytelling, pacing, hooks, and visual techniques to make content engaging.
- Bring creative ideas and suggestions to improve the overall quality of projects.
- Understand the channel's audience, style, and content niche.
- Manage projects from concept/editing through to final delivery.
- Maintain high standards of quality and meet deadlines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with content creators, preferably in a similar niche.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful and high-performing projects.
- Proven experience creating content that has generated strong views, engagement, or audience growth.
- Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills.
- Strong knowledge of professional video editing and content creation tools.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Candidates with experience working with well-known creators/channels or successful projects will be highly preferred.
Important
Portfolio and previous work will be a major factor in the selection process.
We are looking for someone who is more than just a technical editor — someone who understands content, storytelling, and what makes a video successful.
Compensation
Salary , depending on experience, skills, and quality of portfolio.
