SPEFL-SC is looking for a "Placements Officer"
The Sports, Physical Education, Fitness & Leisure Skills Council (SPEFL-SC) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placements Officer for the Delhi NCR region.
Position: Placements Officer
Location: Delhi NCR
Requirements:
✔ Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized university
✔ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in placements, industry engagement, or employer relations
✔ Strong network and connect with:
- Colleges & Universities
- Sports Academies
- Fitness Academies
- Gyms & Fitness Chains
- Sports Industry Organizations
- Corporate Employers and Recruitment Partners
✔ Experience in organizing placement drives, job fairs, and industry connect programs
✔ Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills
✔ Ability to generate placement opportunities and build long-term employer partnerships
✔ Knowledge of the Sports, Fitness, Physical Education, Wellness, and Leisure sectors will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers across sports, fitness, wellness, and related sectors
- Facilitate placements, internships, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities for certified candidates
- Organize placement drives, employer connect programs, and career fairs
- Coordinate with training partners, institutions, and industry stakeholders
- Achieve placement targets and support candidate career progression
Remuneration:
₹6 Lakhs Fixed (Per Annum) + ₹2 Lakhs Annual Performance Bonus
