Job Responsibilities :
Resolve customer queries and complaints via Chat, Voice, or Email.
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Eligibility:
Graduate (Mandatory)
Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience in BPO or BFSI (Mandatory)
Age: 18–35 years
Shift & Working Days
Day Shift (Between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, any 10-hour shift)
5 Days Working
2 Rotational Week Offs
