Telecaller / CRM ExecutiveJob Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller / CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and experience in handling customer interactions over calls. The role involves course sales, lead nurturing, franchise inquiry handling, and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Promote and upsell company courses based on customer requirements.
- Handle franchise-related inquiries and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations and activities in the CRM.
- Update lead status, follow-up schedules, and customer information regularly.
- Coordinate Google Meet sessions and assist in lead management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
- Provide daily reports on lead progress and calling activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with follow-up calls and customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and professional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education, training, or course sales.
- Experience handling franchise or business opportunity leads.
- Familiarity with admission counseling and upselling techniques.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
