ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to handle customer queries, provide support, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers
KEY REQUIREMENT
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
- Active listening and interpersonal skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
