Job Title: Studio Manager
Location: Themeland Studio, Khammam
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Studio Manager to oversee daily operations at Themeland Studio. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing customer interactions, coordinating photoshoots, handling output delivery, and driving business growth through effective social media strategies and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day studio operations efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and ensure excellent client experience
- Coordinate and supervise photoshoots, including scheduling and team management
- Ensure timely delivery of photo and video outputs
- Manage and maintain studio workflow and productivity
- Handle social media platforms, especially Instagram (posting, reels, engagement)
- Plan and execute ad campaigns to generate leads and increase bookings
- Create engaging content and promotional strategies
- Design attractive offers and packages to boost sales
- Work towards increasing overall shoots and studio revenue
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of social media management, especially Instagram marketing
- Basic understanding of running ads and lead generation
- Creative mindset for content creation and promotional ideas
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
