Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Telecaller to connect with educational institutions. You will reach out to institutions principals, trustees, and decision-makers to pitch our offerings and book sales appointments and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential target institutions.
Cold Calling: Make daily outbound calls to school decision-makers.
Pitching: Present product value propositions clearly and professionally.
Appointment Booking: Secure confirmed meetings for the field sales team.
CRM Management: Update call logs, contact details, and appointment statuses.
Follow-ups: Maintain regular contact with warm leads to build relationships and upsell.
Closing: Coordinate with the field sales team to share proposals and closing sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in B2B telecalling or institution sales.
Communication: Fluent in English and regional languages with excellent phone etiquette.
Skills: Strong persuasion, active listening, and objection-handling abilities.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
Work Environment & Benefits:
Type: Full-time, Day shift (aligns with standard institution hours).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
