At product pandas, we're looking for a Business Development Executive to generate new business by meeting potential clients and understanding their requirements. Poduct Pandas aims to connect top 1% tech remote talent with leading clients across USA and UK.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the USA & UK Target market
- Generate new business by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities
- Familiarize yourself with all Products and Services offered by our company
- Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department
- Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
- Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
- Craft business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
- Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices
- Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales
- Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes
Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should have at least 3 years of experience and track record of success within sales, ideally within the Recruitment and staffing or development agency or IT Consulting
- Should have highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Should have experience in bringing both Permanent and C2H clients
- Should have worked creating business development processes and achieve success for an IT consulting or staffing firm from scratch
