We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric HR Business Partner to support our growing FinTech organization. The HRBP will work closely with business leaders to drive HR initiatives, enhance employee experience, and align people strategies with business goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective HR solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and people development
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding, engagement, development, separations)
- Support talent acquisition and talent management in collaboration with the central HR Team in Bengaluru.
- Handle employee relations matters, grievance management, and disciplinary processes in line with company policies.
- Support HR analytics and reporting.
- Champion company culture, values, and employee engagement initiatives.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Hands-on experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP
