Job Summary:
The Floor Coordinator manages and coordinates the assigned floor and perform daily responsibilities .They act as a point of contact for interdepartmental coordination which includes clinical staff, doctors and optical.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations
- Coordinate with doctors and support staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor patient with vision prescription
- Ensuring adherence to hospital policies and professional standards.
- Serve as a communication link between daily OPD, optical, and clinical teams.
- Identify and resolve patient issues and escalate when necessary.
- Track performance metrics and suggest process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (any)
- Experience: 0-2 years
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, patient convincing ability
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
