Full job description

Job Summary:
The System Administrator shall manage the Institute's IT infrastructure, servers, networks, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and provide technical support to ensure uninterrupted institutional operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain servers and network infrastructure.
Administer Windows/Linux operating systems.
Manage ERP, LMS, email services, and cloud applications.
Ensure network security, firewall management, antivirus protection, and regular backups.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
Maintain IT asset inventory and licensing records.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and procurement.
Implement cybersecurity best practices and disaster recovery procedures.

Qualifications:
B.Tech./BCA/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology with 3–5 years of experience in system administration, network management, and IT infrastructure support.
