Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and innovative R&D Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for researching, designing, developing, and testing new products and engineering solutions to support business growth and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and feasibility studies for new products and technologies.
- Design, prototype, test, and validate engineering solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, design documents, and specifications.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Support product development and commercialization activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or related field).
- 2–5 years of experience in R&D or product development.
- Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in prototype development and testing.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and engineering documentation.
